BSP and NPT Screwed Pipe Fittings
Used primarily for adapting gauges, instruments and valves, the Waverley Brownall screwed pipe fitting range features BSP, BSPT and NPT thread forms and are available in 316 Stainless Steel and other alloys.

• All BSP screwed pipe fittings comply with BS 1740 or BS 1387.
• Reducing bushes up 3", with a safe working pressure of up to 6000psi – Hexagon nipples and hexagon reducing nipples up to 3" BSPT have bores, making them suitable for a safe working pressure
of up to 6000psi.
• Hexagon plugs and square headed plugs are manufactured from solid bar and NOT castings.

Precision Pipe Fittings
• All threads available to NPT to ANSI/ ASME B1.20.1.1983. BSPT to
BS 21 and BSPP to BS 2779. Size range 1/8" - 1".
• Quality engineered for instrumentation applications.
• Plastic capped for thread protection and cleanliness.
• All threads NPT to ANS1/ASME B1.20.1.1983.
• Working pressures in accordance with Piping Code ANS1 B31.1 and Refinery Piping Code ANS1 B31.3.
• Material-316 Stainless Steel (other materials, available to order).
• Size range from 1/8" - 1".
• All fittings are cast coded for complete traceability.
• All materials conform to ASTM.

Weld Fittings
• Fittings are manufactured to close tolerances for correct installation alignment.
• Butt weld ends are produced with standard weld preparation for consistency of welded joints.
• Sizes range from 1/4" - 1" welded, screwed, single and twin ferrule compression connections.
• All materials conform to ASTM specifications.
• Working pressures in accordance with piping code ANS1 B31.1 and refinery
piping code ANS1 B31.3.
• All threads NPT to ANS1 ASME B1.20.1.1983.

60 Deg. Hose Components
The Waverley Brownall 60 deg. Hose components features BSP, BSPT and NPT thread forms. These fittings are chiefly used to convert threaded instrumentation fittings to various forms of flexible hose and tubing.

• Manufactured from high quality 316 Stainless Steel.
• Waverley Brownall 60 degree hose fittings are based on AGS 949 and BS 5200.
• Tube and hose adaptors are based on BS 1906 and BS 2464.

Plugs, Seals and Bushes
Waverley plugs, seals and bushes features BSP, BSPT and NPT thread forms, and are predominantly used to interchange threaded instrumentation sizes and thread forms, and blank off threaded connections.

• BSPP plugs, bushes, and caps are manufactured from hexagons large enough to allow for the use of seals.
• Screw seal assemblies are stocked to suit all threads from 1/8"
BSP - 2" BSP and suitable for a safe working pressure of up to 6000psi and are available in nitrile and PTFE stainless steel 316.
