We meet our customers’ unique requirements through either sourcing complementary products or providing solutions with our bespoke in-house product design, development and manufacturing programme.

Special Screw Adaptors
Waverley offers a wide range of special screwed adaptors, including extensive combinations of male/ female hex adaptors, with an excellent turn around on small or large quantities. If your requirements have to be machined as a complete special then our standard delivery turnaround is usually two weeks.

• Male/ female hex adaptors.

• Any special compression fitting not shown. Special length barrel nipples and weld nipples.
• All special items can have any combination of threads. (e.g. BSPP x NPT, BSPT x NPT)

60º Coned Swivel Adaptors
Waverley is able to offer a broad range of 60º coned seat swivel adaptors, offering you the flexibility to connect any male or female thread form, to a hose, or an existing male 60º coned thread. The list below shows the fittings available. These are available in fixed or swivel design, and the fixed threads can be BSPP, BSPT or NPT.

Pallet Swage Fittings
Waverley offer a range of pallet swage fittings based on BS 5200.
The fittings are suitable for R1A (1 wire) and R2A (2 wire) hydraulic hoses.
Other combinations and are available to order, and all produced from 316 stainless steel.

• Available in 1/4"–1"ID HOSE sizes.
• With any Male or Female threaded connections.
• End connections can be screwed, BSPP, BSPT or
• NPT and also Female Swivel.

Butt Weld Fittings
Butt weld fittings are generally supplied to schedule 10, 40 and 80. Most of the popular ranges of fittings up to 2" are kept in stock; others are available within a few days. All other items and sizes up to 6" can be supplied within 7 days. All dimensions to ANSI B16.9 SP43 and ASA 16–28.

Nominal Bore Piping
Waverley offer a range of stainless steel nominal bore pipe. The pipe is stocked in 6m and 3m random lengths, but for ease of transport, tubing is normally dispatched in 3m lengths. Tube can also be supplied in any length at no extra cost (minimum length 1m). Nominal bore pipe only supplied in Schedule 10, 40 and 80.

• 1/8"–2" schedule 10 and 40 stocked.
• Other sizes up to 12" schedule 10, 40 and 80 are available to order.

Flanges
Waverley supply a full range of standard or special flanges. All orders should be delivered in 7–10 days.

Quick Connect Couplings
Waverley offers a range of quick connect couplings, which can be supplied in two ways:
1) Both halves valved (when disconnected complete shut off both ways).
2) One half valved (when disconnected only one way is shut off).

• Safe working pressure of 1050psi

Waverley’s range of pipe clamps is available in diameters range from 1/4" to 3 1/2". Modular design allows any combination of stacking/ hanging and multiple mounting options for ease of installation. Plastic blocks available in Polypropylene or Santoprene.
