Ringlok®
Ringlok® twin ferrule stainless steel OD compression fittings provide optimum performance in the connection of tubes:
• Used primarily with high pressure, elevated or cryogenic temperatures, vibration, impulse loading and corrosive or hazardous environments.
• Ringlok® fittings are available through an international network of authorised distributors, in an extensive range of metric and imperial sizes and thread forms.
• Ringlok® fittings are delivered ready assembled and approved by Lloyds and TUV.
• Manufactured in stainless steel 316, 6MO, Titanium, Monel alloy 400, and other exotic alloys.

Duoloc® & Superloc Single Ferrule
Duoloc® single ferrule OD compression fittings have been used for onshore applications for over 25 years, especially popular as instrumentation for gas control systems and gas R&D systems and for process control in chemical plants and in the hydraulic industries:
• Produced in 316 Stainless Steel, and plated carbon steel, Duoloc® fittings are available with BSPT, BSPP and NPT male and female stud threads.
• Resistant to vibration, providing ease of assembly, with controlled bite, break and remake repeatability and offer full material cast code traceability.
• Duoloc® fittings can be modified to suit thermo-couplings and plastic tubing applications
• All products are approved to BS EN ISO 9001 standards and manufactured from fully certified and QC assessed materials.

Superloc carbon steel products are zinc plated to BS 1706 and BS 3382. The maximum application temperature for Superloc fittings is 300ºC and 350ºC for Duoloc®. Superloc carbon steel fittings are supplied with stainless steel ferrules.

Unilok® Chromatography Fittings
Unilok® chromatography fittings have been designed to meet the high quality requirements of the chromatography and gas analytical applications. HPLC is the most widely used technique in laboratory analysis.

The success of the HPLC process is dictated by the performance of the column, which in turn depends on the column end fitting – the Unilok® chromatography coupling.

Flange Fittings
The Waverley Brownall single or twin ferrule compression Flange connectors are used for taking off instrumentation points of piping systems, designed to eliminate the problems associated with the connection of piping to instrumentation tubing:
• Trouble-free installation reducing leak paths.
• The flange connector is manufactured from a 316 stainless steel forging and is available with a rough or smooth sealing face, in a range of combinations of nominal bore size, pressure ratings and compression ends.
