Instrumentation 316 Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Waverley Brownall’s extensive range of 316 ball valves are available in 1000lb, 3000lb and 6000lb classes, in a multitude of thread forms and connections that can be assembled to your required combination.

Manufactured in the UK to exacting standards, our valves are designed for compactness, reliability and long service life – and able to endure the rigours of a vast number of industrial applications.
• The range includes one-piece low-pressure service valves, 3 piece compact high-pressure valves and 3-way ‘L’ port ball valves.
• Sizes range from 1/4" to 1" in NPT, BSPT and BSPP thread forms.
• The ‘low cost’ 316 ball valves are rated to 1000psi and are available in single piece reduced bore or two and three piece full bore models.
• All valves can be made suitable for sour gas and oxygen service applications.

BV 1000 Series Ball Valves
The BV Ball valve series are rated at 1000 psi and its simple yet effective on-valve design is commonly used for low pressure on/off service. Visual indication of flow direction and colour coded handle and a wide choice of end connections from 1/4" up to 1" in BSP, BSPT and NPT thread forms. The valve connections are also available in hosetail and compression ended formats.

BV 3000, 6000 Series Ball Valves
The BV 3000 and 6000 ball valve series are rated at 3000 and 6000psi and are especially designed for a long service life. The centre body is designed specifically to accept our broad range of connections, allowing non-standard combinations to be supplied, including single and double ferrule OD compression ends in 1/8" to 1" and 6mm to 25mm sizes.

3-Way BV 3000 Series Ball Valves
The BV 3000 series ball valve is designed specifically to accept our wide range of connections that allow non-standard combinations to be supplied.

This includes single and double ferrule OD compression ends in 1/8" to 1/2" and 6mm to 12mm sizes.
